Throughout all phases of manufacturing, active sampling maintains quality benchmarks. Wherever non-conforming parts are found, each is analyzed to determine and eliminate the source of error. This same commitment to excellence extends to Palmer's environmental standards. Palmer has received ISO 14001:2015 certification for its environmental management systems.

Palmer Engineering's environment is ITAR compliant. This certifies that Palmer will maintain appropriate physical plant and data security, follow the rules governing controlled technology, technical data, or parts, and will not export any of these without the appropriate U.S. Government authorization. Palmer is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) in accordance with 22 C.F.R Part 122 as a manufacturer of defense articles.
